Return & Exchange Policy Playbook:
Serving Smiles, Not Regrets
At PickledApe, we believe in delivering products as sharp as your drop shot, but hey … life happens (and so do defective goods). Here's the lowdown on our policy:
Physical Goods (things you can touch and feel)
Deadline drama: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Miss the window, and the deal’s off.
Condition check: Items must be unused, unscuffed, and in their original "just-opened-the-box" glory.
Who buys the stamps? That'd be you, champ. Keep in mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.
The caveat: Since all our physical goodies are custom-made just for you, we can’t take returns or make swaps if you accidentally snagged the wrong size (oops).
Refund reality: A refund or replacement will be sent only after we’ve received your item. We’re not big on ghost returns.
Digital Downloads (templates, PDFs & other invisible things)
Our digital goods, like your love for pickleball, are non-refundable. Once you download a file, it’s yours for keeps. Choose wisely!
We’re Flexible?
On the court and in the office. Look, we get it, sometimes life doesn’t fit neatly into return policies. If your return doesn’t fit the above requirements, reach out anyway — we’re a good doubles partner and love finding a solution that won’t leave you to get drilled by an overhead smash to the face.
